Food Truck Events in the City of Warner Robins

Thank you for your interest in food truck events in the City of Warner Robins. Due to limited capacity and high volume of interest we receive, submitting an interest form unfortunately DOES NOT guarantee selection for ANY and ALL events.

Interest forms will need to be submitted by December 1, 2024. Interest forms received after December 1, 2024 will be placed on a waitlist. All currently planned food truck events will have their line-up selected by December 15, 2024. If an opportunity opens up for an event, the waitlisted vendor will be contacted directly.

Vendors who are selected for a food truck event will be contacted directly by the City of Warner Robins Food Truck Event Coordinator with an event application and a list of necessary paperwork. Please respond confirming your acceptance of participation in the event.

The following documentation will need to be submitted no later than 30 days before an event, otherwise your spot will be forfeited and given to a waitlisted vendor.

• Vendor Event Agreement (electronic link)

• Certificate of Insurance of at least $1,000,000 (Must name ‘The City of Warner Robins – 700 Watson Blvd. Warner Robins, GA 31093’ as additional insured)

• Georgia Department of Public Health Temporary Food Application (MUST go through Houston County Health Department if you get inspected by DPH)

• Example Menu

• Copy of Business License

• Copy of most recent inspection report from Department of Public Health OR Department of Agriculture

If an alcoholic beverage vendor is interested, we will need the following:

• Vendor Event Agreement (electronic link)

• Certificate of Insurance of at least $1,000,000 (Must name ‘The City of Warner Robins – 700 Watson Blvd. Warner Robins, GA 31093’ as additional insured)

• Liquor License (if an alcoholic beverage vendor)

PLEASE NOTE: An Alcohol Catering Permit will need to be obtained from the City of Warner Robins Tax Office, if selected.
